Music at Redeemer
The music ministry at Redeemer Lutheran Church strives to glorify God through music. In all our worship services, music helps us bring our praise and adoration to God. Whenever the people of Redeemer gather to worship God, music will be an integral part. The music ministry of Redeemer Lutheran joins the entire Redeemer family as we strive to embody the Gospel of Jesus Christ by reaching out to each other and our community.
Music at Redeemer is not as much about performance as it is about worshiping God and extending to all the love and grace of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Adult Choir
The Adult Choir at Redeemer leads the Sunday morning worship. Additionally the Choir leads other seasonal worship services, such as Mid-Week Lenten Services, Mid-Week Advent Services, and Holy Week Observances. The Choir rehearses Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:30.
Although the Choir is voluntary and open to anyone from high-school age and up, the Choir program is a rigorous and unapologetically disciplined one. Choral excellence is our goal. The worship and praise of God deserves no less.
Handbell Choir
The Bell Choir rings God’s praise in worship services approximately once a month. Prior handbell or instrumental music experience is helpful, but not necessary. Of far greater importance is a dedicated commitment to the group in terms of rehearsal attendance and personal dedication to achieving one’s best.
In addition to participating in worship the Handbell Choir participates in various community Bell Festivals and other community events and venues.
The Bell Choir rehearses Sunday evenings at 5:00 in the Handbell Room.
Children's Choir
The Children's Choir is open to all children four years old and up. This group meets immediately following Sunday worship and lasts for about fifteen to twenty minutes. These music sessions are geared to be age-appropriate, fun-filled, and fulfilling; but the underlying aim is to provide for these youngsters a solid musical foundation and an understanding that our musical gifts and talents are meant to be shared in community worship and praise.
Instrumental Music
Instrumentalists are often needed to accompany the choir or to provide special accompaniment to congregational singing. These musicians enhance our worship in a unique and powerful way. Whether a seasoned professional or a student-musician, or someone who is picking up an instrument after several years away, we can provide an opportunity for you to contribute your talent within your ability and skill level. We treasure and value each instrumentalist regardless of skill level and will find a place for you to share your talents with the congregation.
Choral Scholars
We are truly blest to be able to offer the Choral Scholars Program. This program employs young musicians who are either studying music at the collegiate level or are recently graduated from a music program. These young people serve as section leaders within the choir, cantors, and soloists.
